Smoked fish

Valley Smokehouse in Somerset supply us with wonderful smoked salmon, smoked mackerel and smoked trout. They recently celebrated 30 years and have many loyal customers including Raymond Blanc! We also have wonderful undyed smoked haddock.

Imported and farmed fish

We source swordfish, halibut and superb Sashimi-grade (AA) tuna from a Bristol-based seafood importer, alongside frozen seafood including prawns, squid and rock lobster tails. We also stock farmed bass and bream.

A local supplier also supplies us with Loch Duart salmon and wonderful salmon fish burgers.
