Ingredients


1 x cooked lobster, split

1 x cooked brown crab, cracked

6 x cooked shrimps, shell on

12 x cooked langoustine

6 x oysters

Rye bread & butter

Mayonnaise or aioli

 
 

Method


  • NOTE: We will prepare the lobster, crab and cooked shrimps for you

  • Steam the langoustine in a steamer for 8 mins

  • Carefully shuck the oysters, using an oven glove or tea towel in your oyster hand to protect your hand and wrist – we have oyster knives in stock if you need one

  • Pile the seafood on a large serving platter and serve with the rye bread and mayonnaise or aioli on the side. We have a range of condiments in store.
