Starter for four

Classic prawn cocktail

 
 

Ingredients


300g cooked peeled prawns

4 tbs mayonnaise

1½ tbs tomato ketchup

Dash of Tabasco

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

1 little gem lettuce

2 lemons

 
 

Method


Mix together in a bowl the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Toss the prawns in with the sauce.

Line the bottom of four glasses with torn little gem lettuce leaves, and place the prawns in sauce on top.

Serve with lemon wedges.
